The Nordic thermal cycle — heat, cold, rest — is the fastest recovery protocol known to man. We've built it into the Tennessee hillside. Cedar barrel sauna, two copper-piped cold plunge tubs, and a hot tub overlooking the valley. Available to your group all day.

Under guided instruction, your group gets hands-on time with real heavy equipment on real terrain. It is the kind of experience you simply cannot find anywhere else.

All Wood-Fired.
Every package includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner — all prepared on the outdoor wood-fired kitchen. No catering trucks. No paper plates. Real food, cooked over real fire, eaten with the people you came with.
Breakfast
Start the day right. A proper wood-fired breakfast sets the tone — eggs, cast iron biscuits, smoked meats, and strong coffee before the first activity of the day.
Lunch
Fuel for the afternoon. Grilled meats, wood-fired pizza, and sides built to keep your group moving. Eaten at the outdoor kitchen or around the fire pit.
Dinner
The day's capstone. A full wood-fired dinner around the fire pit — smoked proteins, wok-fired sides, and the kind of meal that closes out a day nobody will forget.
Buck Branch Lodge is currently booking exclusive day events — 9 AM to 7 PM. As the property continues to develop, multi-day weekend retreats with on-site accommodations will be available. Get in early.

We take your group out on Tims Ford Lake — 10,700 acres of crystal-clear TVA water in southern Middle Tennessee — aboard a Malibu Wakesetter 23 LSV. The same boat the pros train on. Wake surf, wakeboard, or tube until the sun drops behind the ridge.
